Everything was nice, the parking was onsite, the room was functional and beautifully designed. I had reasonably priced room with aircon. The location was marvellous and easy, really close to a more festive nature, and the restaurant food was nice, in a local area.

Excellent and affable staff and peaceful hotel.
Its staff and location were fab that's why I loved the place. The bed was comfy and the room was air conditioned and well stocked. I was offered a fresh breakfast at full rate. The unbeatable and brilliant location was very close to Saint James Church. The stay was really really nice and I would stay here again.

review: Conveniently located near the park and ride, the hotel offered a clean and comfortable room with a great breakfast selection. The friendly staff ensured a pleasant stay, providing assistance with local directions. Facilities like the pool were decent, although the bathroom felt a bit cramped. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-06-10}

The breakfast room/area we found stuffy, cluttered and uninviting, toast should be delivered to your table along with the tea or coffee, thus saving valuable time standing in queues in order to process your own toast which had to be put through twice, often burning it; also in turn making the rest of your breakfast cold .The two mornings we spent in the breakfast room we noticed that when the tables were being cleared not one was wiped, but just the crumbs were flicked onto the floor with a serviette. Cutlery and place mats were put back and reused.We had room 116 and found it difficult to have the window open due to smokers outside the reception area with the smoke being blown directly through the window; which we found unbearing.

Staff very welcoming
The hotel in my opinion need some upgrading it seems tired and lacks the appearance I expected from a four star the floors are all very creaky the rooms are quite small and the hanging space for clothes needs addressing two ladies for two nites we struggled to hang everything up. Breakfast on saturday was not brilliant the sausage had a very chemical taste, ive stayed in many hotels and the breakfast selection was poor compared to most, cheap sliced bread, poor quality juice limited pastries, and could someone please tell the male waiting staff about their bo!!
